Our consulting solutions cover registrations filings, GST tax returns processing, web design, and bidding support. Pricing plans are transparently quoted, and additional government-imposed registration fees are billed separately unless specified.
You agree to provide true, current, and complete corporate and personal documents required for SPICe+ name approvals and GSTIN registrations. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation or government portal failures.
Udaanah Innovation acts as a corporate facilitator. We do not guarantee specific tender wins, trademark approvals (due to IP India Registrar autonomy), or immediate organic search ranks. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.
